These are the Terms and Conditions governing the use of Stockie (the "Service") and the agreement that operates between You and Hadcode. These Terms and Conditions set out the rights and obligations of all users regarding the use of the Service.

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on Your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use Stockie.

By accessing or using Stockie You agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If You disagree with any part of these Terms and Conditions then You may not access the Service.

Your access to and use of Stockie is also conditioned on Your acceptance of and compliance with the Privacy Policy of Hadcode. Our Privacy Policy describes Our policies and procedures on the collection, use and disclosure of Your personal information when You use the Application or the Website and tells You about Your privacy rights and how the law protects You. Please read Our Privacy Policy carefully before using Our Service.

Stockie and its original content, features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Hadcode and its licensors.

The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the Netherlands and foreign countries.

Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Hadcode.

You may use Stockie only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use Stockie:

• In any way that violates any applicable national or international law or regulation.
• For the purpose of exploiting, harming, or attempting to exploit or harm minors in any way by exposing them to inappropriate content or otherwise.
• To transmit, or procure the sending of, any advertising or promotional material, including any "junk mail", "chain letter," "spam," or any other similar solicitation.
• To impersonate or attempt to impersonate Hadcode, a Hadcode employee, another user, or any other person or entity.
• In any way that infringes upon the rights of others, or in any way is illegal, threatening, fraudulent, or harmful, or in connection with any unlawful, illegal, fraudulent, or harmful purpose or activity.
• To engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of Stockie, or which, as determined by us, may harm or offend Hadcode or users of Stockie or expose them to liability.

Additionally, you agree not to:

• Systematically retrieve data or other content from Stockie to create or compile, directly or indirectly, a collection, compilation, database, or directory without written permission from us. This includes, but is not limited to, data scraping, data mining, data extraction, or any other means of automated or manual data gathering.
• Make any unauthorized use of Stockie, including collecting usernames and/or email addresses of users by electronic or other means for the purpose of sending unsolicited email, or creating user accounts by automated means or under false pretenses.
• Use any information obtained from Stockie in order to harass, abuse, or harm another person.
• Use Stockie in a manner inconsistent with any applicable laws or regulations.
• Circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with security-related features of Stockie, including features that prevent or restrict the use or copying of any Content or enforce limitations on the use of Stockie and/or the Content contained therein.
• Engage in unauthorized framing of or linking to Stockie.
• Interfere with, disrupt, or create an undue burden on Stockie or the networks or services connected to Stockie.
• Use Stockie as part of any effort to compete with us or otherwise use Stockie and/or the Content for any revenue-generating endeavor or commercial enterprise.
• Decipher, decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer any of the software comprising or in any way making up a part of Stockie. This includes attempting to discover or recreate the source code, algorithms, or proprietary methodologies used in Stockie.
• Attempt to bypass any measures of Stockie designed to prevent or restrict access to Stockie, or any portion of Stockie.
• Copy or adapt Stockie's software, including but not limited to Flash, PHP, HTML, JavaScript, or other code.

Any such prohibited use may result in the immediate termination of your access to Stockie and may subject you to civil and/or criminal liability.

The financial data, including but not limited to stock prices, market trends, and financial analysis, displayed on Stockie is provided for informational purposes only.

Hadcode does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or reliability of any financial data provided on Stockie. Such data may be delayed, incomplete, or contain inaccuracies or errors.

You acknowledge that any reliance on such financial data is at your own risk. Hadcode is not a financial advisor, and the information provided on Stockie does not constitute financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, or any other sort of advice. You should not make any investment decision based solely on the information provided on Stockie.

We strongly recommend that you seek independent financial advice from a qualified professional before making any investment decisions. Hadcode, its affiliates, and its licensors will not be liable for any losses or damages arising from any investment decisions made based on the information provided through Stockie.

Notwithstanding any damages that You might incur, the entire liability of Hadcode and any of its suppliers under any provision of this Terms and Your exclusive remedy for all of the foregoing shall be limited to the amount actually paid by You through Stockie or 100 USD if You haven't purchased anything through Stockie.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Hadcode or its suppliers be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever (including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, loss of data or other information, for business interruption, for personal injury, loss of privacy arising out of or in any way related to the use of or inability to use Stockie, third-party software and/or third-party hardware used with Stockie, or otherwise in connection with any provision of this Terms), even if Hadcode or any supplier has been advised of the possibility of such damages and even if the remedy fails of its essential purpose.

Some states do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties or limitation of liability for incidental or consequential damages, which means that some of the above limitations may not apply. In these states, each party's liability will be limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.

Users who engage in prohibited activities, including but not limited to unauthorized data scraping, code abuse, or saving data in violation of these terms, may be held liable for damages caused to Hadcode and other users, and may face legal action.

The laws of the Netherlands, excluding its conflicts of law rules, shall govern this Terms and Your use of Stockie. Your use of the Application may also be subject to other local, state, national, or international laws.

We reserve the right, at Our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material We will make reasonable efforts to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at Our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use Our Service (Stockie) after those revisions become effective, You agree to be bound by the revised terms. If You do not agree to the new terms, in whole or in part, please stop using the website and Stockie.
